Regina Giammona, CADC II

Family Recovery Coach


Regina started her career as a volunteer crisis counselor working with victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Before returning to school to train as an addiction counselor, Regina worked in social services with children and families as a CASA worker.

With a background in addiction and trauma, Regina has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings at drug treatment centers and inpatient psychiatric facilities. She has primarily worked with the co-morbid population, counseling individuals and their families, developing and facilitating psycho-educational recovery groups, and Regina has been responsible for continuing staff development and education.

A 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kobayashi Shorin-ryu, Regina has been training in martial arts for more than 10 years and currently teaches at Open Air Dojo in Phoenix.
