Michael Spruce

Director of Business Development

Michael Spruce serves as a Business Development Representative for Family First Intervention, where he combines professional experience, personal understanding, and a genuine passion for helping individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health issues.

As the father of two sons who have struggled with substance use, Michael understands addiction from multiple perspectives: the individual battling the disease and the family members who love them. His experience has reinforced his belief that addiction and mental health issues affect the entire family and that lasting recovery requires support, education, and healing for everyone involved.

Michael has dedicated 10 years of his professional life to connecting with individuals, families, treatment professionals, and organizations. By continually expanding his network and developing trusted relationships throughout the behavioral health field, he helps connect those seeking recovery with the resources and support they need.

Michael finds tremendous purpose in helping people begin their recovery, rebuild relationships, and rediscover hope. His primary goal is simple: to help in any way he can and remind individuals and families that a healthier, more fulfilling life is possible.

“Your life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change.”

Why You Need a Professional Interventionist

The desired outcome of the intervention process is that regardless of your loved one’s decision to accept or refuse help, the family will understand how to cope and navigate either outcome.
